Alinity Divine
Alinity was featured in a suit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed an action against Twitch and sought damages in the amount of $25 million. He claimed that the site exposed him explicit sexually explicit material from female streamers. Dexerto obtained court papers that reveal the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard and Blizzard had lodged a formal lawsuit on the 15th of June. Twitch received an official summons from the court on the 19th of June. Estavillo as per the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint has a range of medical conditions that force him to rely on the Internet for his entertainment. Also, he has an obsessive compulsive disorder and sexual dependence. According to the lawsuit, Twitch makes these issues worse. The complaint then outlined a number of female Twitch streamers who claim that they "continue to expose viewers to sexually addictive material and regularly on a daily and consistent daily basis." Alinity is not included. The complaint calls for each of these streamers to be banned permanently from Twitch for violating the terms of service. It also wants an amount of $25 million as compensation that will "be divided equally between the complainant, all other Twitch Turbo Subscribers and the remaining funds."
