Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis St. Louis, Missouri. She performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Communications. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles Kelly quickly became involved in theatre, performing and choreographing over two dozen shows. This included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly has also begun landing TV and film roles while continuing her improv studies at The Groundlings. Her distinctive voice and small height has let her take on a wide variety of characters. She's best known as Naomi Watts's evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly worked as an TV Land Series Regular from 2011-2015, playing paralegal during the daytime as well as a party girl at night. In addition, Kelly played Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. She's lent her soprano singing voice to a number of animated shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. She was most recently seen on NBC's cult comedy Superstore as the sluggish, yet charming Cloud 9 worker. Alongside her husband and two kids, she lives an unhurried life.
